The club is based at:
Ongar Leisure Centre,The Gables, Fyfield Road, Ongar Essex, CM5 0GA - just off the A414 Four Wantz Roundabout (opposite Smiths Brasserie.
Training is every Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
Juniors Class starts at 7:00pm and ends at 8:00pm. Boys and Girls under 16 years old are welcome at the Children's Class.
